Terms & Shipping Charges
Orders will be billed at prices and terms in effect at the date of order as reflected in our online catalog. All shipments are made via UPS or U.S. Priority mail. ABSOLUTELY NO CODs. Shipping charges below are for the 50 United States. VALDADA OPTICS DOES NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit as long as we receive it no later than 10 days after the date of original shipment. Returned merchandise must be in its original and unaltered condition with all original packaging and literature. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer,including insurance and signature at delivery. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany all returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for return or exchange. 25% restocking fee will apply.
All IOR optics and mounts carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. However, any tampering with or disassembly of these products will void the warranty. In the unlikely event that your IOR product requires repair or replacement, package it carefully and ship it to one of the following addresses, depending on your choice of carrier:

Be sure to include your warranty and proof of purchase, some legible form of paperwork with your name, address and a brief description of the defect. The unit will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Valdada Enterprises.
